How sessions work: When you book a session you are purchasing my time and expertise as an individual contractor. I use third-party diagnostic tools and your pre-session system report to work through your issue as effectively as possible. Due to the nature of PC repair, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed — every PC and every problem is different. Sessions are non-refundable as time and effort are committed regardless of outcome. If your issue isn't fully resolved in the session, I'll be upfront about it and we'll schedule a follow-up.
Not HIPAA certified: TLWITC is an independent individual contractor and is not HIPAA certified. Healthcare and medical clients cannot be accepted.
